Guidelines for Making an Event Environmentally-Friendly
The Clean and Green Singapore (CGS) 2010 Carnival is a 3-day event to be held at HortPark, a 23-hectare gardening hub connecting Telok Blangah Hill Park and Kent Ridge Park. Organised by the National Environment Agency and South West Community Development Council, with support from the National Parks Board and PUB, the national water agency, the carnival aims to inspire the public to protect and take greater ownership of our living environment.
